Even before the storm hit Goodyear this Acacia tree had extensive bark peel on many branches and the trunk which indicated that a disease process was at work. The storm that cracked these branches merely exposed the weakest points that had been created by the disease. This tree was not going to recover. We cut down what remained and cleaned up everything.
