The owner of this home was concerned that roots from this Oak tree would eventually damage his plumbing, foundation or driveway. A neighbor's driveway had been significantly damaged by a similar tree which lead to a $5,000 repair bill. The cost for removal was far cheaper than a new driveway and he elected to have us take out the Oak. With the tree gone his Bermuda lawn will receive much more sun and with proper watering it will grow in thick and green.
