This Mesquite tree was pushing tiles up on the roof and growing into the side of the home. The owner was also concerned that the tree made a continuous mess in the front yard. We removed it and cut the stump low to save the owner the expense of stump grinding. The interior of the trunk showed signs of heart rot which would have eventually killed the tree. It was fortunate that we removed this tree before it fell on the home.
