The bark of this Mesquite tree was peeling away in dozens of locations. In addition sap was leaking from the branches. This is a strong indication of disease and terminal decline. The disease had spread throughout the entire canopy and there was nothing that could be done. We safely removed the tree and cleaned up everything.
