This Jacaranda tree had reached terminal decline. Bark was peeling from the trunk and multiple branches which indicates that nutrition can't get to the canopy to feed the foliage. In response nearly all of the leaves had fallen off. We raked back the rocks and cut the trunk low which allowed the customer to save money on stump removal.
